DELL'UTRI CONTESTATO DURANTE LA PRESENTAZIONE DEI "DIARI DI MUSSOLINI"

Gli antifascisti hanno duramente contestato Marcello Dell'Utri, noto personaggio della politica nostrana, condannato per concorso esterno alla mafia, giunto in città per presentare il libro "I diari di Mussolini" Fogola at the library.

Come anticipato, abbiamo terminato i lavori di riadeguamento della palestra.

Ricominciano quindi gli allenamenti, a partire da lunedi 22 novembre, con i seguenti orari:

BOXE-CORSO 1: LUNEDI e MERCOLEDI dalle 20.00 alle 21.30

BOXE-CORSO 2: MARTEDI e GIOVEDI dalle 18.30 alle 20.00

BOXE-CORSO 3: MERCOLEDI e VENERDI dalle 18.30 alle 20.00

CAPOEIRA:   MARTEDI e GIOVEDI dalle 20.00

I corsi non sono ordinati in base al livello di difficoltà, quindi la frequenza di un corso può essere scelta in base alla propria disponibilità. Non è escluso che , se necessario, vengano attivati ulteriori corsi in altri giorni ed orari. Per maggiori informazioni passate in palestra.

Gli allenamenti si terranno in due diverse stanze, riscaldate ed appena ristrutturate. 

Nella prima stanza (pavimentazione tatami), avviene il riscaldamento e la parte di lavoro ai sacchi, nella seconda (pavimentazione in parquet) che accoglierà il ring, si lavorerà sulla tecnica.
